Synopsis

All Sorts and Conditions of Men is a fiction work  by the English historian and novelist Sir Walter Besant, whose writings include fiction, non-fiction and plays such as The Alabaster Box, Beyond the Dreams of Avarice, The City of Refuge, The Revolt of Man, and The Eulogy of Richard Jefferies.  All Sorts and Conditions is a novel which portrayed the political scenarios of nineteenth century England and was instrumental in social reforms of England working class.  Angela Messenger, a Cambridge graduate leads a simple life in spite of having inherited her huge wealth.  Harry Le Breton , a young aristocrat also having similar thoughts on the labour class.  The novel narrates the story of them with the back round of various emotions including comedy, satire, romance and crime scenes.
