Heidi, a little girl orphaned at the Age of Five, found her shelter with her aunt Dete. Couple of years later, Dete sends Heidi to her grandfather Alm, who lives in the Alps. Alm has been isolated by the villagers for being atheist. However Heidi's arrival and loving nature makes great changes to Alm's life as she is loved by his neighbors and all villagers. After 2 years Deti wanted to bring back Heiti to become companion of a invalid and wealthy girl Clara Sesseman.
