The Notebooks of Leonardo Da Vinci is not a biography, rather the legend’s training guide to painting. The author of this book states many things about the method used by Leonardo.
He had the practice of writing many small words in to a single word, splitting long words to halves without including a hyphen between them, writing with left hand which can be read in a mirror and not using any punctuations. While most of his writings were in loose leaves, the arrangement available now is not in any order, except the collectors wish. The author has taken valiant efforts in bringing the writings of Leonardo to the modern readers.
