Conan'sThe Hound of the Baskervillesis the most terrifying and challenging case to Holmes investigation. Holmes had been informed as the crime being committed by supernatural powers.
Sir Charles Baskerville found dead due to a heart attack. To claim inheritance Sir Henry Baskerville travels from Canada. Before he starts, his shoes were stolen from the hotel and he has received a warning letter which was written using the “The Times”, newspaper cuts.
Dr James Mortimer who is seeking help of Holmes to resolve the case, explains him about Baskerville history, that centuries back Hugo Baskerville has kidnapped a girl and imprisoned her in his bedroom. At that night both were found dead, the girl out of fear and Hugo’s dead was a mystery with tore in his throat. Holmes resolves the case by analyzing and proving that the real culprit is not supernatural power, but a human who has capitalized the myth of Baskerville history.
