Madame Bovaryis a adultery novel written byGustave Flaubert. The story is about an adulterous affairs of the wife of a kindhearted doctor, who lives a simple life without much ambition. Charles Bovary initially married to unpleasant but rich widow named Heloise Dubuc. Charles while treating one of his patient, meets his daughter Emma and attracted towards her. At one point of time Heloise dies and Charles marries Emma.
Emma feel Charles is boring and clumsy. To make changes to his wife needs, Charles relocate to urban life. After the relocation Emma meets many younger men and start having affairs with them. After few years of her uncontrolled and posh life style, she makes her husband financially insecure. The story ends up in a sad note, that after the death of the couple, their young daughter Berthe is sent to work in a cotton mill to earn her bread and butter.
