Synopsis

Sense and Sensibilityis a novel byJane Austen. Unable to inherit the properties of her husband, Mrs. Henry Dashwood is forced to leave their home along with her three daughters Elinor, Marianne and Margaret.
The family moves to another town in a small house. They don't feel comforted in their new house, however well treated by the neighbors. Elinor falls in love with Edward. Their relationship is not accepted, by Fanny who is her sister-in-law as well as sister of his lover Edward. With broken heart she leaves her memories and moving to their new home.
Margaret rejected a proposal from Colonel Brandon, 35 years old gentlemen as she is not inspired by him. Later she falls in love with John Willoughby, who once helped her in an accidental situation. While the time passes both Elinor and Margaret meet the bitter part of their lives with heart breaks. In the end Elinor marries Edward and Margaret slowly realizing the true love of Colonel Brandon and marries him.
