• Host, store, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform the content.
• Modify and adapt the content for technical or promotional purposes.

For works submitted by contracted authors, publishing rights, licensing arrangements and remuneration terms are governed by the separate written agreement between the author and Echo Summit Studio Inc.

4.3 Representations

You represent that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your content.
• Your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload infringing, illegal, or harmful content.
• Impersonate others.
• Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by the Service (excluding User Content), including software, design, and trademarks, are owned by Echo Summit Studio Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Payments, Coins, and Digital Content

• Certain features and digital content may require payment or the use of Coins.

Where offered, VIP memberships provide access to eligible paid chapters during the stated membership period. Available plans, pricing, duration and benefits are displayed at the time of purchase.

• Coins may be used to unlock individual chapters or an entire book. Free chapters are not included in the whole-book purchase price.
• When a user purchases or unlocks an entire book, access to that book does not expire and the user may read it online through their active account without any frequency limit, subject to these Terms and the continued availability of the Service and the applicable content.
• Purchases grant the user a personal, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access and read the applicable content through the Service. They do not transfer ownership of the book or any intellectual property rights to the user.
• Books and chapters are available for online reading only. No downloadable file is provided.
• Coins and other virtual goods have no real-world monetary value and may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
• All payments are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly permitted under our Refund Policy.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of:

• Your use of the Service.
• Your User Content.
• Your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia, United States.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, and you waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
