Synopsis

The Stolen Brainis a fast-paced detective adventure featuring the famous fictional detective Nick Carter and his assistant Patsy Garvan. Disguised and working undercover in New York, they investigate suspicious activity surrounding a controversial surgeon, Dr. Hiram A. Grantley, who is rumored to perform dangerous and unethical experiments. As Carter follows the clues, the case escalates into shootings, pursuits, and a battle with criminals determined to protect their secret. The story mixes crime investigation with early-20th-century fears about experimental science and medical ethics, ultimately showing Carter using clever disguises, deduction, and courage to uncover the truth and bring the criminals to justice.
